11:30 AM

In everybody’s life we all are busy doing something and the other. Ultimately everybody’s goal is to complete in 24 hours spam of time all the task, huddle, and life. So question arises how we all do things
at a time.

Well I have a few tips if you like it you too can start using by making life easy and simple. I have been
inspired from the book Eat That Frog, author – Brian Tracey. As per him you need to plan your day and
get prepared by following few sets of rule.

How do you eat your biggest, ugliest frog?

  • One bite at a time
  • Decide exactly what you want.
  • Clarity is essential.
  • Write out your goals and objectives before you begin.
  • Think on paper. Every minute you spend in planning can save you five or ten minutes in execution.
“There is one quality that one must possess to win, and that is definiteness of purpose, the
knowledge of what one wants and a burning desire to achieve it.” ~Napoleon

In order to prove this he did R&D and got few rules which will help us solving our life.

1. The 80/20 Rule

2. The ABCDE Method

3. The Law of Forced Efficiency

4. Key Constraints

5. Self Motivation

6. Divide and Rule

7. The 80/20 Rule

1. Rule: 80/20-

Twenty percent of your activities will account for eighty percent of your results.

That means you need to just focus on things which are important and which will help
you to eat a big part of the elephant get the results.

2. The ABCDE Method -

Before you begin work on a list of tasks, take a few moments to organize them by
value and priority so you can be sure of working on your most.

3. The Law of Forced Efficiency

Rule: "There is never enough time to do everything, but there is always enough time to
do the most important thing."

“Continuous learning is the minimum requirement for success in any field.”

The more knowledgeable and skilled you become at your key tasks, the faster you start them
and the sooner you get them done.

Conclusion

So in the end all it matter how good you are to handle things and do the things differently
than the others and smartly.

So go ahead and just put your thoughts into process and follow the below guru mantra.

Self-discipline,

Self-mastery

Self-control

So in order to disciplined yourself all you need is-

Key constraints-Determine exactly what it is that you are very good at doing.

Self motivation-Focus on the solution rather than the problem.
Divide and rule-Divide your work in smaller tasks
So just do it! Eat that frog………
